Data Deletion Instructions

webmoz.ai allows users to connect third-party platforms, including Meta products such as Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, so the platform can help users manage approved business and social media workflows.

If you want your connected Meta data deleted from webmoz.ai, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

1. Disconnect Meta inside your webmoz.ai account settings or integrations area
2. Email us at support@webmoz.ai with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request"

When a deletion request is processed, we will delete the Meta-related data associated with your webmoz.ai account, including:

• OAuth access tokens
• connected Facebook Page, Instagram, or Threads account IDs
• account metadata used to display connected accounts
• cached analytics or publishing data associated with the connection, where applicable

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or audit purposes.

Once your Meta connection data is deleted, webmoz.ai will no longer be able to access or manage your connected Meta accounts unless you reconnect them.
