# Media lab

Media Lab generates images and videos for your venture using AI.

Instead of sourcing stock photos, commissioning a photographer, or waiting on a designer - you describe what you want and it's created in seconds.

Access it from the dashboard.

## Images

Write a prompt and get a generated image. You can produce:

- Product photography: "Flat-lay of a white ceramic mug on a dark slate surface, soft natural lighting"
- Social content: "Square Instagram graphic with a bold motivational quote, dark background, minimal white text"
- Brand visuals: "Hero banner image for a fintech startup - abstract, clean, blue and white color palette"
- Concept mockups: "Lifestyle photo of someone using a laptop at a coffee shop, relaxed and focused"

Once generated you can download it, regenerate with a revised prompt, or view all past generations in the Library.

## Videos

Write a prompt describing a scene or motion and get a short video clip.

Examples:

- "Product unboxing - hands opening a small white box to reveal a minimal skincare product, close-up, warm lighting"
- "Abstract motion background - flowing blue and white gradients, smooth and slow, suitable for a presentation"
- "Coffee being poured into a white mug, slow motion, dark background, steam rising"

Generated videos can be downloaded or saved to the Library.

## Getting better results

The prompt is everything. More detail produces more useful output.

- **Specify the style**: realistic photo, flat illustration, cinematic, graphic design, 3D render
- **Describe the lighting**: natural window light, studio softbox, golden hour, high contrast
- **Set the mood**: minimal and clean, warm and inviting, bold and high-energy
- **Include practical context**: "for use as a website hero image," "portrait format for Instagram Stories"

Short prompts like "product photo" will produce something generic. A full description produces something you can actually use.
