# Tools and integrations

Tools connect webmoz to the platforms you already use - so you can take action in those platforms directly from the chat, without switching tabs.

## Research tools

These work immediately, no account needed:

**Web search**
Pulls current information from the web during a conversation. Useful when you need up-to-date data, recent news, or live examples.

**Research**
A deeper, multi-source search that produces a thorough summary with cited sources. Use this when you need evidence to back a decision - market sizing, competitor research, pricing benchmarks.

**X search**
Searches Twitter/X for discussions, trends, and relevant content. Useful for understanding what people in your market are talking about right now.

**File analysis**
Upload a document, image, or PDF and ask webmoz to analyze it. Useful for processing competitor content, customer research, or reference materials.

## Connected tools

These require you to sign in and authorize access:

| Tool             | What it does                                  |
| ---------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| Notion           | Create and manage documents in your workspace |
| Canva            | Design graphics and brand assets              |
| Google Workspace | Manage email and calendar                     |
| Shopify          | Manage your store                             |

To connect a tool, click it on the dashboard. You'll be guided through a short sign-in flow - most take under a minute.

## Tool status on the dashboard

Each tool shows one of two states:

- **Connected** - Authorized and ready to use. Click it to open the agent.
- **Ready** - Available to connect. Click it to start.

## Disconnecting

You can disconnect any tool at any time. Disconnecting removes webmoz's access - it doesn't delete or change anything you've already created in that platform.
