# How webmoz works

webmoz moves your venture through five pillars in sequence:

- **Idea** - Validate your concept, understand your market, and define what you're building.
- **Brand** - Build your brand identity: voice, colors, logo, and messaging.
- **Launch** - Plan and build your website or app. You leave this pillar with a live product.
- **Growth** - A weekly content engine that generates, posts, and refines social media content automatically. (Coming soon)
- **Automate** - Autonomous agents that handle business operations - customer comms, orders, follow-ups, reporting. (Coming soon)

Each pillar builds on the previous one. You don't need to figure out what comes next - just focus on the task in front of you.

## How tasks work

Every pillar is made up of tasks. Each one follows the same pattern:

1. webmoz asks you two to four short questions about your venture.
2. It researches the topic using real sources and your venture memory.
3. It drafts a document - called an artifact - based on your answers.
4. You read the draft, ask for changes if needed, and approve it.
5. You move to the next task.

Tasks typically take two to ten minutes. Research-heavy tasks take a bit longer.

## What artifacts are

An artifact is the document you get at the end of a task.

Some examples: a customer profile, a competitor breakdown, a brand voice guide, a site architecture plan. These aren't templates you fill in - they're fully written documents built around your specific venture.

Approved artifacts feed into later tasks automatically. By the time you reach the Launch pillar, everything from Idea and Brand is already built into what the AI produces.

## How to get good results

The AI works from what you tell it. Specific input produces specific output.

"An app for dog owners" will produce something generic. "A subscription app that helps busy dog owners track vet appointments, medications, and training progress" will produce something useful.

If a draft isn't right, use the Refine option. Tell the AI exactly what to change - "too corporate," "too vague," "focus on the premium end of the market" - and it will revise.

## Your progress

The dashboard tracks your progress across all five pillars. You can see which tasks are done, which are in progress, and what's next.

Everything saves automatically. You can stop and pick up at the next task later.
