The Growth pillar is a social media content engine. It generates content across every major platform, lets you review and approve before anything goes live, posts on your schedule, and runs a weekly performance review to improve what it produces the following week.

You don't need to manually write posts, analyze what's working, or figure out what to post next. The system does it and brings you in only when decisions need to be made.

## How it works

### 1. Content generation

Each week, webmoz generates a full week of posts across your connected social platforms - X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Posts are written in your brand voice, matched to each platform's format and audience, and built around what your analytics say is working.

You see the full week of content before anything is scheduled.

### 2. Review and approval

Every post comes through your approval queue before it goes anywhere.

You can approve as-is, request a change ("make this shorter," "swap the hook," "use a different angle"), or reject and replace. Nothing gets posted without your sign-off.

### 3. Scheduling and posting

Once approved, webmoz schedules and posts your content automatically through AI agents connected directly to each platform.

No third-party tools, no copy-paste, no manual scheduling. The agents handle it.

### 4. Weekly performance review

Every week, the agents pull your analytics from each connected platform - reach, engagement, clicks, follower growth - and produce a clear performance review.

The review identifies what performed well, what underperformed, and why. It's not raw data - it's an analysis that tells you what to do differently.

### 5. The next week's content

Based on the performance review, webmoz automatically generates the next week of posts - adjusted for what worked, what didn't, and what's relevant in your space right now.
