## Getting started

**What is webmoz?**
webmoz is an AI platform that helps you plan, brand, and launch a business. It guides you through a structured set of tasks and produces real, research-backed documents at each step - a customer profile, a brand guide, a website spec, and more.

**What do I actually get at the end?**
By the end of the first three pillars you'll have: a validated business plan, a complete brand identity, and a full website or app spec ready to hand off to a builder. All backed by research, not just AI-generated text.

**Do I need business experience?**
No. The tasks guide you through every decision. You answer questions, review what webmoz produces, and refine until it's right. The AI does the research and writing.

**What if I don't have an idea yet?**
Use "Find ideas for me" on the dashboard. webmoz generates a shortlist of business concepts based on your profile. Click one to get started.

## Tasks and artifacts

**Do I have to complete tasks in order?**
Yes. Each task builds on the one before it. The Idea pillar comes first, then Brand, then Launch.

**Can I change an artifact after I approve it?**
Yes. Open it from the Library, click Refine, and tell webmoz what to change. Update the artifact and later tasks that reference it will reflect the new direction automatically.

**What if the draft comes back too generic?**
Use the Refine option and be specific about what's wrong. "This is too broad - focus on freelancers, not agencies" or "The tone is too corporate - make it more direct." More specific feedback produces better output.

**Can I attach my own files?**
Yes. Upload documents, images, or PDFs during a task - before the draft or when refining it. Competitor research, customer interview notes, brand references - all of it helps webmoz produce something more specific and useful.

## Working with tools

**How do I connect Notion, Shopify, or Google Workspace?**
Click the tool on your dashboard. If it needs authorization, you'll go through a short sign-in flow - usually under a minute.

**What can agents actually do?**
Agents take real actions inside connected tools. Examples: create a Notion page from your venture blueprint, update a Shopify product price, find a free slot in your Google Calendar, create a Stripe payment link. You ask for it in the chat, the agent does it.

**What is Lovable?**
Lovable is a no-code website and app builder. When you finish the Launch pillar, webmoz generates a link to Lovable pre-loaded with your complete venture spec. You start building your site immediately - no coding required.

## Multiple ventures

**Can I work on more than one idea?**
Yes. Create separate ventures for each idea. You can switch between them from the dashboard.

## Billing

**How does pricing work?**
webmoz uses credits for AI-powered actions - generating content, running research, creating images and videos, and using agents. See the Pricing page for current plans.
