# Troubleshooting

## Tasks and artifacts

**A task isn't progressing**
Refresh the page. Your progress is saved automatically - refreshing won't lose anything. If the task still doesn't move after refreshing, close and reopen the task modal.

**The draft came back too generic or off-target**
Use the Refine option and give webmoz specific direction - "focus on small B2B teams, not consumers," "this is too formal, make it more direct," "add a concrete example of the problem." The more specific the feedback, the better the revision.

You can also attach a file - a competitor example, reference content, your own notes - to give webmoz more to work from.

**I approved an artifact I wasn't happy with**
No problem. Open it from the Library, click Refine, and update it. Later tasks that reference it will reflect your changes.

## Tools and connections

**I can't connect a tool**
Make sure you're signing into the correct account for that platform. If the connection fails after authorization, disconnect the tool from the dashboard and reconnect. If you're using a work account with restricted OAuth permissions, you may need to use a personal account or contact your IT admin.

**A connected tool has lost access**
Some tools require you to reauthorize periodically - this is a normal part of how OAuth connections work. If you see a reconnect prompt, follow the steps to restore access.

**An agent isn't responding**
Refresh the page and reopen the agent chat. If the agent was mid-task when you navigated away, send a new message to resume.

## Media generation

**The image isn't what I expected**
Rewrite the prompt with more detail. Specify the visual style, subject, background, and lighting. Short prompts produce generic results. A prompt like "product photo, white background, soft light" will produce something you can actually use.

**A video generation failed**
Try again with a simpler or shorter prompt. If the issue continues, rephrase the scene description and try again.

## Chat

**The conversation isn't loading**
Refresh the page and wait a moment. Long conversations can take a few seconds to load. If it still doesn't load, check your internet connection.

**webmoz gave me outdated information**
Turn on web search before asking your question. This lets webmoz pull current information from the internet rather than relying on what it already knows.

## Account and billing

**I ran out of credits mid-task**
Your progress is saved. Top up your credits and continue from where you stopped.

**Billing issue or account problem**
Use the Feedback button in the navigation bar to contact the team directly.
