• Smart Actions: This section (not built yet - just a placeholder) will let your AI connect to tools like LinkedIn, Canva, or Notion. It’ll show a carousel of platforms we can integrate, listing actions it can take - like posting on LinkedIn or designing in Canva. Each tool will detail specific tasks it can automate. Want a tool we don’t have? Request it via feedback - we’ll build it.
• Search: A global search bar to find anything - conversations, tasks, resources. Filter by type (e.g., Tasks, History), see suggested results as you type, and browse recent chats or files.
• Conversations: Your chat history lives here - titles, previews, dates, and times. Delete old ones if you want to clear space.
• Tasks: Manage your to-dos - add, complete, or delete tasks. Create them from chats, archive finished ones, and note: archived tasks vanish after 7 days.
• Profile: Check your account (email, join date, message count), manage billing, and tweak your AI’s settings: available hours, communication style, experience level, tools you use, primary goals, and tech skills.

Here are proven techniques to sharpen your results:

• Be Clear and Specific: Vague questions get vague answers. Instead of “How do I grow my business?”, try “What are three steps to increase my Shopify sales by 20% in a month?” The more precise you are, the more targeted the response.
• Add Context: Give your AI a frame—tell it who you are or what you’re working on. For example, “I’m a beginner with a $100 budget—suggest a simple online income idea” sets the stage for relevant advice.
• Break It Down: Big tasks can trip up the AI. Split them into steps. Ask “What’s the first thing I need to do to start a blog?” then follow with “How do I promote it on Twitter?”—it keeps things focused and builds logically.
• Guide the Tone or Format: Want a list, a paragraph, or a casual vibe? Say it. “Give me a bullet-point list of five low-cost marketing ideas” or “Explain affiliate marketing like I’m 12” shapes the output to fit your needs.
• Build on Answers: Don’t jump topics—use the AI’s last response to dig deeper. If it suggests “Start a YouTube channel,” ask “What equipment do I need for under $200?” to keep the flow going.
• Train It with Feedback: Use thumbs up/down after each reply to teach it what you like. If it’s off, tweak your question and try again—iteration makes it smarter over time.

Here’s your hub:

• Utility Buttons: “Search” pulls live web data; “Upload” and “Think” (coming soon) will tackle files and deeper answers.
• Model Selector: Pick your AI—Google (planning), OpenAI (creative), Anthropic (technical). Note: Costs rise from Google to OpenAI to Anthropic—OpenAI and Anthropic chase profits, while Google’s cheaper and works great for most needs. Stick with it unless you’re digging into niche stuff.
• New Chat (+): Start a new thread per idea.

The Agentic Phase is where your AI stops talking and starts doing. It’ll connect to your tools - think Shopify, Instagram, Google Ads - and take action based on your plans.

It can build your website pages, schedule social posts, or manage customer emails. Tell it to run an ad campaign, and it’ll set it up, track clicks, and tweak it if results lag. Need product descriptions? It’ll write them and upload them to your store. It’s like having a team that executes your ideas, no manual slog required.

This is coming soon, and it’s built to cut out the busywork - handling uploads, optimizing campaigns, even researching trends - so you’re not stuck doing it yourself.

All you need is a powerful AI and a task list to make bank online.

When your AI suggests an action item:

1. Hover over the message.
2. Hit “+” to add it to your task list.
3. Or manually toss in tasks via the panel.

• Add with “+”.
• Edit by clicking the text.
• Check off or delete as you finish.

In the Automated Phase, your AI becomes a full-on manager, running your business around the clock. It’ll monitor your platforms - Shopify, social media, email lists - analyzing performance and making moves without you lifting a finger.
